Excellent service, great IT setup, and professional management over 3 years I have been a tenant with this agency for over three years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have managed the property extremely well throughout my tenancy. From the very beginning, their IT setup stood out. The onboarding process and inventory management at the time of renting were seamless and efficient. This gives them a significant advantage over other letting agents who still handle these tasks manually, which often leads to delays and extra paperwork. Their online portal is very efficient for managing repairs and services; every request was always responded to in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed with how they handled emergency situations—issues with the boiler and plumbing were always addressed promptly and effectively. Most importantly, when it came time for me to leave, the process was fair and stress-free. The deposit was returned in full without any unfair deductions, which shows their integrity. A special thank you to Vijay, Gauri, Danika, and Satvinder for coordinating all communications so efficiently between myself and the landlord. A well-deserved 5/5 rating.
